By accessing or using Atelier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Atelier is a code architecture analysis platform that connects to your GitHub repositories to generate architectural intelligence, including system diagrams, quality metrics, and documentation. The service processes repository metadata and structure to produce analysis results.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You must only connect repositories that you have the right to analyze. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
You retain all rights to your source code and repositories. Analysis results generated by Atelier are provided for your use and may be shared at your discretion through our sharing features. The Atelier platform, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of the Atelier team.
Atelier is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any analysis results. In no event shall the Atelier team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the service. You may delete your account at any time.
If you have questions about these terms, please open an issue on our GitHub repository or contact us at the email listed in our project documentation.
